Shipping within Australia
Delivery is by Australia Post and generally takes 2-3 business days upon stock availability. It is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 AUD. Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.
International shipping is by Registered Post International and generally takes 3-10 business days and is charged at a flat rate of $10.

Exchanges must be processed within 2 weeks of delivery. Upon receiving your goods, we advise you to try them on straight away. If you choose to exchange any items, please check availability of the item in our shop. Email email@example.com to notify us of what you will be returning, and the reason for the exchange, quote your invoice number and date, and let us know which item you would like instead. Please enclose your receipt with your item. Please note that orders without these documents cannot be processed.

Once the items have been received we will then post your new item.
Return postage costs are your responsibility. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 days and we will organise a replacement for you.
Refunds are not available at this time.
